My name is Susan Govali, a professional
singer/songwriter/teacher for the last
30 years. I don’t claim to be ego-less, but
realized from teaching and performing
there’s a continual struggle going on
between the ego and spirit when we sing
(and pretty much throughout our lives as
well, let’s be honest), which is why even
the idea of singing can be a terrifying
prospect
When we sing from spirit we feel confident,
relaxed and in the center of our own
selves, expressing how we truly feel.
